When I set out over a year ago to create the quintessential Copper Country website, I didn’t completely understand what I was getting into. The idea was simple enough: travel all across the Keweenaw, document what we discover, and share it on this site. Over 200 posts, 1000 photos, and 15 minutes of video later I now have a much better idea. Copper Country Explorer has almost become a full time job, requiring a good deal of energy, time, resources, and commitment to create each and every day. Its hard work, but work I love.
